How to BlHeli

A lot of people flying at blheli software, and many shops offers ESC (electronic speed controler) with this software, but what we can do when we want to update software?

This will be a fast and easy way - how to update or flash ESC by BlHeli software by 1 wire.

You should start from download blheli suite here: https://blhelisuite.wordpress.com/
At the same page you will find list of supported silabs/atmel ESC

If the ESC have simonk/blheli bootloader (my have simonk) you can use 1 wire to flash blheli software.
Do to this you will need arduino nano it cost about 5$.

If we have all this, we can start :)

open blheli suite,

Now we make our 1 wire "flasher" from arduino

Go to "make interfaces" and at right we select nano/atmega 328 and "make arduino general" It will be the best option to flash everything.

After we done arduino nano 1 wire we can connect ESC to arduino , signal go to D3 GND to GND) if you have red cable (+) you need to remove it. Only connect signal and GND!

Next step is choose corect "linker", we make general so our linker is

Now we can power supply ESC from battery or other power source (2-4S). On bottom we have port (choose correct) and disconnect/connect.
After that go to READ SETUP and you will see actual software on ESC.

Now we want to flash upgrade to 14.1, go to FLASH BLHELI
Choose correct ESC and  software, and remember it should be MULTI for quadrocopters. OK
It will be processing :)

And finally your first blheli flash are done!
Good luck, have questions leave message under post.
